Across twelve chapters, Sound Asylum traces the rise and fall of Al Capone through a blend of soul, jazz, and atmospheric restraint, crafting a narrative that unfolds with the pacing and emotional weight of a feature‑length biopic.
The journey opens in New York with Scarred, a raw portrait of Capone’s youth before the myth took shape. As the story moves west, the music swells with the swagger and danger of 1920s Chicago. At its peak, Steel & Silk captures the paradox of his reign: brutality wrapped in gaudy excess, elegance sharpened by violence.
